From an early age, he has been devoted to his work. At the age of 16, he was responsible for the company’s VAT registration. At the age of 13, during summer holidays, he used to work as a storekeeper in the firm. By delivering 50 kg bags to clients, he started to understand how the value chain that brings products to clients works and how to improve it.
So, as an adult, his strength and stubbornness represent a family fortune and trigger the unstoppable growth of the company and his development in terms of business volume and territorial extension; a firm that counts 50 employees and takes up about 35000 square meter. So, the fact that Alberto is called “boss” won’t surprise you: he knows everything about the company, and it’s not just an expression.
He is accurate, careful, meticulous, not on principle but for passion. He is very pretentious as he knows people can always do better.
By his example, he taught his children to check any work several times before handing it in: as proof of this spirit, he has had the same rubber for more than 30 years, on which he wrote: “to erase the boss’s mistakes”. Needless to say, the rubber is still good as new.
