He started his work at the age of 15, by driving a forklift during summer holidays. After some years spent in the warehouse, where he started knowing the family business, he moved to counter sales. 

Over time, thanks to experience and his willingness to learn, he has broadened his knowledge by visiting construction sites, training with affiliates, speaking with any type of client, especially foreign clients, thanks to his knowledge of foreign languages. So, as soon as he got higher responsibility, it is no coincidence that he enlivened the company with a desire for freshness and for being up to date. Currently, Fabio personally manages the purchasing department, he oversees every sale at the counter and he is a problem solver for every situation of need: he negotiates and deals with agents and suppliers, he manages the employee's daily practical matters, he is the one who always finds the right solution to problems.
Fabio is careful, brilliant, jovial, always willing to do the job, he is not only the person who everybody looks for: his shrill voice and his friendliness are the smile of the family.
